“I was born to be a photographer! My mom tells me that at least, based on a photograph she has of me with a camera case on my head at age 2. I remember always having an interest in photographing people and would beg my mom to allow me to take photos during our family vacations.

It wasn’t until 8th grade that my interest really took off during my first darkroom photography class……I continued to take classes all through high school and engrossed myself in every aspect of photography that I could. I worked in photo labs and apprenticed under some wonderful wedding and portrait photographers.  They took me under their wing and taught me so much. I am so grateful to have earned “real world” experience from the people who were so willing to teach me.

Now, after being in the business for over 11 years, I can honestly say that I still thoroughly enjoy what I do. I am grateful to every client for sharing their time with me and I look forward to sharing time with you.”
