Back to school for teachers, students get an extra day | Children
BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WECT) – Students in Brunswick County will get one more day of break before heading back to the classroom.
According to the Brunswick County Schools calendar, students will resume classes Thursday, Jan. 3. Teachers, however, have an optional workday Wednesday to prepare for the second semester.
The end of the 2nd quarter is January 18, followed by the Martin Luther King Birthday holiday for teachers and students.
The last day of school in Brunswick County is June 7.
