Former New York Yankees star coming to Brunswick CC
BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WECT) – Bobby Richardson, a Yankee All-Star and MVP will be coming to Brunswick Community College Tuesday, April 24 to speak at the annual Community Fund breakfast, according to a release from a school spokesperson.
The Community Fund aims to raise money for student scholarships.
The event will be held at 8 a.m. at the Dinah Gore Fitness Center, with all proceeds going towards scholarships.
