Trash collection changes because of Christmas | People
SOUTHPORT, NC (WECT) - Trash pick-up is temporarily changing for some people in Southport.
Because Christmas falls on a Tuesday, those who normally have their garbage and recycling picked up on Tuesdays will have to set out the trash earlier that week.
Crews will collect garbage and recycling on Saturday, December 22.
Monday and Wednesday pick-ups will remain the same.
