BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WECT) – The Principal of South Brunswick Middle School stuck to his promise Wednesday – literally.
Principal David Ruth made a deal with students that if they could raise $10,000 for Jump Rope for Heart, SBMS students’ annual fundraiser for the American Heart Association, he would let them duct tape him to the wall.
Ruth made good on his promise and was taped to the wall in the gymnasium, in front of all the students who participated in the annual Jump Rope for Heart.
